Sales Professional / Project Manager

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation Range: $75,000–$125,000 annually (uncapped potential)

Are you a driven, hungry, and charismatic professional ready to make a difference? We are seeking a Sales Professional / Project Manager to join the High Mark Construction team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and managing residential and commercial insurance restoration projects.

As a Sales Professional / Project Manager, you’ll work closely with homeowners, assess exterior damages (including roofs, siding, and gutters), and oversee project production from start to finish. If you have a passion for helping people, enjoy working in the field, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

Inspect exterior renovation projects, including roofs, siding, and gutters.
Self-generate sales through networking, canvassing, and other proactive methods.
Oversee projects from initial work authorization to final installation.
Work with homeowners to finalize project scopes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in marketing efforts, including online reviews, canvassing, and employee recruitment.
Maintain an organized calendar and accurate project notes.
Respond promptly to management, customers, and insurance adjusters.
Collaborate with the team to improve company performance and uphold our core values.
Treat all stakeholders (homeowners, subcontractors, colleagues) with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

Qualifications

No prior construction experience required—training provided.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Ability to self-generate leads and manage sales.
Detail-oriented and deadline-focused.
