Earl entered the construction industry as a co-founder and director for a real estate investment group in 2009. He oversaw the acquisition and management of distressed homes in MD/DC, before he shifted to sales and project management within the insurance restoration general contracting industry. This experience gave him a first-hand understanding of running the daily operations of an organization.

Earl wears multiple hats at High Mark, Lanham. As the sales office manager, he has improved production systems, clarified policies and procedures with an emphasis placed on pleasing his customers. Coworkers rely on Earl as a go-to resource who provides guidance and encouragement with true caring and passion for team success.

Earl earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park, followed by a Master of Science in Medical Science at Pennsylvania State University, where he was a Dean’s Scholar. He earned a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Maryland, University College, and holds an MHIC Salesperson License.
