The transition to the contracting industry from a 20-year career in sporting goods was a smooth one for Bill. During that time, he sharpened his leadership, communication, and organizational skills, which High Mark benefits from today.

Bill believes that leading by example is the most effective way to manage. His actions show the team that there is no job beneath anyone. He is always ready to lend a hand and go above and beyond for his customers. Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware.
