He may be the first person a customer meets, and other times he’s part of the support team behind the project managers, helping them to streamline the experience for customers whose home repairs may be covered by insurance if the damage was weather-related. Because Ed has such a thorough understanding of the restoration claims process, he can confidently speak to insurance adjusters on behalf of the homeowners to help them get the eligible repairs.
