Camera drones show the full scale of the completed work
Remember that large-scale home transformation our crews were working on last December? Well, two roofing crews, a large siding team, and a remarkable amount of materials later — that project is now complete.
Our Construction Manager RG Keenan, alongside Production Manager Matt Olesky, coordinated the teams and stayed in constant communication with the homeowners throughout the duration of the project. The full renovation process took about two months from start to finish and four times the typical amount of premium siding and deluxe asphalt shingles that are commonly used in residential renovation projects.
What started as a storm restoration job turned into an expansive exterior overhaul. For the preservation of the home and the safety of the homeowners, we ensured that every part of their damaged property was restored to perfection, including the roof, siding, and window trim.
With all general contracting services, there is a chance for unforeseen setbacks to impact the schedule. However, aside from a week of weather-related delays due to rain and frigid temperatures, with the high level of coordination and communication between the crews, management, and homeowners, we were able to finish this massive home renovation very close to the initially projected timeline.
Overall, our teams used 100 squares of Certainteed Grand Manor Asphalt Shingles and 150 squares of Certainteed Cedar Impressions Siding to get the job done.
To fully capture the vastness and beauty of this Cecil County home, we used camera drones to get a top-to-bottom view of how it all came together. Check out the full transformation here and visit our Instagram feed for more local residential restorations.
