Delaware Office.

The opening of our Delaware office will mark an expansion for business and a homecoming for our General Manager Bill Healy.

Last September, we started the search for a new space, which will be home to our High Mark Construction Delaware headquarters – our first office outside of Maryland. With the opening of this new space, we plan to extend our services to Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. “Ultimately, we were able to find a space within a month’s time,” said Bill.

Having attended middle school, high school, and college in Delaware, Bill is excited about working in such familiar territory. His knowledge of the area in addition to his career experience in business made him a natural fit to lead this endeavor. “It’s super exciting that as young as we are, we’re as successful as we are,” he said. Bill joined High Mark Construction in August 2019.

The new Delaware office sits in the town of Wilmington in New Castle County. Not only is the building itself ideal for us to grow into, but Wilmington was also strategically chosen to provide quick access to many relevant routes. With the Delaware Memorial Bridge, Route 1, and I-95 being just minutes away, our team members can easily travel north and south into our target communities across the tri-state area.

Although our Wilmington headquarters will be new, the High Mark difference has already been present in the region. Operating out of our White Marsh, Maryland office, we’re already completing exterior restorations and advocating for homeowners throughout the area. Having the appropriate licensing already in place, it’s been instrumental in being able to hit the ground running. “Some neighborhoods know who we are,” said Bill.

With the new location will come High Mark’s signature approach. The new space gives us ample opportunity to bring over our unique atmosphere that makes us a Best Place to Work. “The culture is the linchpin to this company and its success,” Bill added. Staffing is well underway for High Mark Delaware with one team member from White Marsh joining the new team. Construction on the new space began on February 1 and is slated for completion in the beginning of May.
